About

thepictator is a solo studio based in Perth, Western Australia. The work spans three areas — web development, flight simulation utilities, and nature photography — and all of it shares the same underlying approach: care over convenience, quality over volume.

What we do

Web Development

Custom web experiences for creative businesses — designed to last, built to perform. Marketing sites, web applications, headless CMS integration, and performance audits.

MSFS Tools

Precision utilities for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, crafted by a sim enthusiast who knows what's missing. Practical, reliable, and tested until they work the way they should.

Photography Prints

Fine art photography from the fields of Western Australia — nature and aviation, printed on archival media built to hold colour and detail for decades.

Where the work happens

I started thepictator because I kept doing good work that didn't have a home. The web projects needed a brand. The sim tools needed somewhere to live. The photographs needed to be more than files on a hard drive.

This studio is the answer to that. It's where the technical and the creative sit next to each other without apology — because for me, they've always been part of the same thing. I build tools I want to use, I print photographs I want to hang, and I build websites I'd be proud to have my name on.

That's the standard I hold myself to. It keeps the work honest.
